Please include a very detailed note on your order of what customization you would like to add and where you would like it added. Our team will reach out to confirm customization and may request you approve the design before it can be made.
For personal logos, please reach out to our shop with a high quality, black and white image of your logo. Some high detail logos are more difficult to engrave, so we encourage submitting larger, less detailed logos.
STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, OHC Gifts has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.
Processing Times: All items typically ship within 2-5 Business days.
OHC Gifts uses UPS and USPS for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. OHC Gifts is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is automatically applied on domestic orders in the continental U.S. orders over $50. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.
We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.
All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks.
