***CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINE***
All domestic orders placed by midnight on December 13th, 2022 will be shipped in order to receive by Christmas. We will make sure to use a shipping courier that estimates it arrives on time. *Please note these are only shipping ESTIMATES and shipping delays can be common during the holidays. We hope all packages arrive to your doorstep on Christmas Eve, but once we transfer packages to the shipping carriers, we are unable to control any delays.
FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free shipping on domestic orders in the US orders over $50. Shipping through USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
OHC Gifts is not liable for an incorrect address used during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before completing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no extra charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 3-7 Business Days
International: 10-20 Business Days
Maximum Delivery Time: 45 Business Days. *This doesn't include our 3-7 day processing time. *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. ALL shipped orders will receive a valid tracking number.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT" OR "AWAITING ARRIVAL SCAN"
For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us so we can assist you in this matter.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Usually items will be combined into one package. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase could be sent in separate packages.
