How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping speed, the product weight/volume, and the shipping location. 

Can I see a mock-up of my order before its made?

Mock-ups can be requested for purchased items. Please send us an email to kellie@ohcgifts.com to request a mock-up. We do not provide mock-ups unless requested. Please note this may add additional processing time to your order for the extra work.

What does "wood stain" mean?

Wood stain simply refers to the coloring of the wood. Wood stain allows the grain patterns surface to be visible and enhanced. The wood grain shows through the stain, but colors the wood a certain color. We offer 3 wood stain options. Please note that each board has its own unique wood grain, knots, character, etc. and will therefore stain slightly differently. Each board is unique and will not exactly match the product photos.

Where do I put the customization information?

Include all custom/personalized information needed for the item in the personalization text box on the item page.

Have an issue with your order?

Customer satisfaction is my highest priority and I truly want you to be thrilled with your purchase from OHC Gifts. If your item arrives damaged or something else is awry, please email us at kellie@ohcgifts.com and we will be happy to work with you! Broken or damaged items will be replaced. Photos of damage need to be included. 

How fast do you ship the item(s)?

All of our items are made to order, meaning the entire product gets made once the item is purchased. Production times for each item are listed in the description and under the "Shipping & returns" section. Production times start the day of purchase or the first weekday after the weekend. Production times do NOT include the weekend or shipping time. We do accept rush orders that can be added on to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible BEFORE ordering if you need to place a rush order so that we can let you know if we can deliver it to you on time.
