Returns & Refunds


All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Once the customization process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Non-customized items can be cancelled until they are shipped.  Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect personalization of your items. If there is an issue, please take photos and send them to and we will provide a replacement.

Non-personalized products CAN be returned. Personalized products CANNOT be returned as the personalization on all items is permanent.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (ex: providing the wrong shipping address, etc).
  • Your order does not arrive in time for your event due to factors outside of our control (ex: shipping delay, purchasing date is too close to the event, etc).
