This rush processing option is designed for items needed urgently or for those you simply can't wait to receive! Before purchasing, please contact us to confirm that we can fulfill your order within the expedited timeline. If you proceed with the purchase without prior approval, we will notify you if we are unable to accommodate the rush order.

This add-on ensures that your order will be processed and ready for shipment faster than our standard processing times. Please note, however, that this only accelerates the time it takes to complete your order and does not affect the shipping duration. Essentially, it moves your order to the top of our processing queue.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or issues with the shipping carrier. Since we cannot control carrier transit times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. This service is intended solely to expedite the creation and processing of your order.

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, OHC Gifts has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. 

Processing Times: All items typically ship within 2-5 Business days. 

OHC Gifts uses UPS and USPS for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. OHC Gifts is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. 

Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship to address. For a shipping estimate, please use the Shipping Rates Calculator in the shopping cart. 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is automatically applied on domestic orders in the continental U.S. orders over $50. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.

All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks.
